To complement our turning capacity, we operate a large capacity Correa CNC milling machine with 3 metres by 1.5 metres table and a vertical travel of 1.5 metres.

CNC Turning

We have one of the largest CNC lathes in the country.

Ufone engineers excel at turning. We have one of the largest CNC lathes in the country available for sub contract work, which can swing up to 1.5 metres diameter in the gap and 1 metre diameter by 6 metres between centres.

Horizontal Boring

Very strong, very accurate horizontal boring machines for machining gearboxes, valve bodies & fabrications.

Ufone have two very strong and accurate horizontal boring machines with hydrostatic lubrication to all slideways suited to machining gearboxes, valve bodies, fabrications and have also been used for very large locomotive parts.
