CNC Milling

To complement our turning capacity, we operate a large capacity Correa CNC milling machine with 3 metres by 1.5 metres table and a vertical travel of 1.5 metres.

In addition, we have a range of smaller manual and CNC machines incorporating the latest digital control systems. Powerful milling magnets enable us to be extremely competitive on certain types of profiling, facing and weld preparation work.

We have just installed a DMG 5 metre high speed milling machine with live vertical spindle and tool changer.

Our combination of milling facilities provides customers with a versatile service in machining valve blocks, fabrication, gearboxes and bearing houses.
